Do you offer refunds? ▾
Yes. Full refund within 14 days of any paid subscription, no questions asked. After 14 days, you can still cancel anytime and you keep access until the end of the billing period.
Is there a contract or commitment? ▾
No contracts. Monthly plans are month-to-month. Annual plans are discounted 20% but you can cancel anytime (the remaining balance is not refunded past 14 days, but you keep access for the rest of the year).
What does "unlimited team members" actually mean? ▾
It means unlimited. No per-seat pricing, no hidden surcharges when your team grows. Whether you have 5 people or 500, the price is the same. We do not believe in punishing businesses for growing.
How does the AI (BUBO and Berkeley) actually work? ▾
BUBO analyzes your actual business data (invoices, revenue, team performance) and provides actionable insights, not generic tips. Berkeley is the objective analyst that challenges assumptions with hard data. Both run on our own GPU infrastructure -- your data never leaves our servers.
Can I use the API on the free tier? ▾
Yes. Every tier gets API access. Free tier is limited to 30 requests per minute, which is plenty for personal projects and prototyping. We believe API access should not be a premium feature.
What is on-prem deployment? ▾
